'Enough good signs' led to multi-family growth for 2017

For a residential builder, the timing behind when a new development comes to market is key. 

The planning for this past year was no exception. It was on the heels of the downtick in Calgary’s residential market in 2016 that included new construction of multi-family development slipping by more than 3,000 starts year over year.
